Properties in Greater Noida are in demand:


NCR and Delhi prices have risen 64% in the last three years, and prices in suburbs of Mumbai like Mira Road have grown around 50%, according to 99acres.com. Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad have witnessed 50%, 40% and 37% appreciation in the last three years. Areas like KP -3 and KP - 5 in Greater Noida have witnessed major growth in the past 3 to 4 years and this is set to accelerate once the high profile Yamuna Expressway opens full fledged. This will act as a catalyst to the real estate prices in the region with prices increasing faster than the last 2-3 years.
Vineet Singh, business head,99acres.com.says “Real estate in metros is always attractive to buyers because of high returns”.It is expected that fast paced developments in Greater Noida will certainly increase the demand and prices of properties in this region in the near future.
